Opal is the newest member of Supervisor Stone's Legislative Team. She is the legislative assistant responsible for human and a social service related to senior citizen issues, county service areas, and municipal advisory councils and administers the Community Improvement Designation fund.

Opal and her husband, Dean moved to the third district in 1987 where they raised their two sons, Jason and Chris. Currently, Opal and Dean reside in Temecula where they live with their dog, Sammie.
